The Greenway Hotel’s Head Chef, Marcus McGuinness, focuses on big flavours, advocating substance over style – although his dish presentation is also, exquisitely… beautiful. Marcus and his team hold 3 AA Rosettes for their standards, service and mouth-watering food.
Marcus is inspired by chefs he has previously worked alongside such as the talented Gus Ashenford, David Everitt-Matthais and Claude Bosi. He uses his past experience to bring a delicious, seasonal menu to our Cheltenham restaurants: The Garden Room Restaurant and The Spa Café.
