With our valet parking and personal concierge to carry your bags, we provide our guests with an extra special service as soon as you arrive. We want everyone to feel relaxed at The Greenway Hotel and Spa – a home away from home.

All our guest information can be found in our full rooms compendium, here. You will also be provided with a QR code upon check-in to this information.

Rooms are ready from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and checkout time is 11.00am on the day of departure.

Smart casual attire is required throughout the entire Greenway Hotel and Spa property. In the award-winning restaurant, no leisure wear or trainers are permitted. Robes are permitted in the spa facility only.

All of our rooms include the following unless specified: VAT (at prevailing rate), tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom, Wi-fi, luxury bathroom amenities, fluffy bathrobe, digital TV with Freeview, DVD player, iron & ironing board, complimentary bottled water, complimentary fruit.

Each room includes a luxury bathrobe, slippers, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

Yes, we invite dog owners to bring their dogs to stay at our hotel and have a selection of dog friendly rooms for you to choose from. To keep pets and guests happy, we do have a dog policy that we ask all dog owners to follow.

We charge £25.00 per dog, per night.

Children are allowed at The Greenway Hotel and Spa, but no child residents under the age of 16 should be left alone in a bedroom. Your children remain the sole responsibility of you as guardian or parent.

Selected Master and Feature rooms can take one additional bed for children under 12 years, these are charged at £35 per night bed and breakfast. Please contact us to check availability. Please request a cot if required upon booking. Cots are charged at £15 per night.

We do not have designated accessible rooms, but certain requests can be accommodated. Please call the hotel on 01242 862 352  with your requirements. Emergency escape procedures are in each bedroom. In the event of an emergency, our management and operational team will designate a member of staff to assist guests with specific needs. This can be arranged on check-in. Bedroom flooring is carpet. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. All bathroom floors are tiled. Rubber anti-slip bath mats are provided in the bathrooms. The Lodge is situated away from the main hotel at the bottom of the drive. This is a 2 minute walk from the main hotel. The Lodge has its own car parking space available a short distance from its main entrance. Emergency escape procedures are in each bedroom.

Fully flexible cancellation terms. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 48hrs prior to arrival.
A credit or debit card will be required to secure the booking but will not be charged until your arrival at the hotel. In the event of a cancellation or amendment with less than 48 hours notice, the full balance will be due and payable using the payment method provided. Guests with confirmed reservations who do not fulfil their reservations will be considered as a non-arrival and will therefore be charged in full. A discretionary service charge of 7.5% will be added to your final account for residential guests, 10% on food and beverage for non-resident guests, and 5% on events. It is company policy that 100% of this charge is passed directly and equally on to all our team, to ensure our teams are rewarded for their commitment.

Our teams are encouraged not to accept gratuities during your stay, and we would ask that you are not offended if they decline any kind gestures.

Dogs are welcome to relax in our Drawing Room whilst owners enjoy a light lunch or some refreshments but not in our Orchard Brasserie and Garden Room Restaurant.

Spa, pool and gym

Monday to Friday | 7.00am until 9.00pm
Saturday & Sunday | 8.00am to 8.00pm

Non-residents can book spa facility use when booking a spa day or spa treatments.

Hotel guests will receive 3 hours complimentary spa facility usage when booking a minimum 55 minute TEMPLESPA treatment.

If guests do not require treatments, they can book 90 minutes complimentary facility usage, including our thermal pool, outdoor hot tub, thermal suite and gym. Please note that due to limited capacity facility use must be pre-booked prior to arrival and will be subject to availability.

We have created a relaxed, tranquil environment please support this by following our spa etiquette:
Non-smoking area • Mobile free area • Please wear swimwear at all times • Please wear bathrobes in public areas

Robes, towels and slippers are provided during your visit. Hairdryers and toiletries are available in changing rooms and hotel guest rooms. Remember to bring your swimwear, gym wear, suitable non slip footwear and trainers.

Children’s Pool Access: Children under 4 are not permitted to use the pool or spa facilities. Children aged 4 – 16 must be accompanied by parents at all times and are only permitted during selected times.

Family pool access is between 8.00am – 9.00am and 5.00pm – 6.30pm.
(Pool access must be pre-booked and will be charged at £10.00 per child).

Please note that due to limited capacity all bookings must be made in advance and will be subject to availability. Pre-book here.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill out necessary medical questionnaires. Late arrival for
treatments may result in your treatment time being reduced.

Please inform a member of staff of any illness, injury or health issue that may be relevant to your treatment or visit at the time of booking.

Please inform at the time of booking and when visiting if you are pregnant, so that we can advise what
facilities are safe to use. Treatments are available after the first 3 months.

Treatments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move, failure to do so will result in full payment.

Directions from the North
Head south on M5. At Junction 11A, take the A417 to London/Cirencester then take the A46 exit to Stroud/Cheltenham. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Shurdington Rd (A46). Turn right onto Greenway Ln. The Greenway Hotel & Spa is signposted on your right just outside Shurdington.

Directions from the South
Head northeast on M5. At Junction 11A, take the A417 to London/Cirencester. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A417 then take the A46 exit to Stroud/Cheltenham. Bringing your dog

Yes, we invite dog owners to bring their dogs to stay at our hotel and have a selection of dog friendly rooms for you to choose from. To keep pets and guests happy, we do have a dog policy that we ask all dog owners to follow.

We provide a doggy welcome letter, dog bed, bowl, toy and chew on check-in to ensure your dog has the most comfortable stay in one of the best dog friendly hotels in Cheltenham.

We charge £25.00 per dog, per night.

Dogs are the full responsibility of their owners and should be well behaved.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog whilst in the gardens and grounds.
You are responsible for any damage or noise disruption to other guests caused by your dog and will be charged for any such damage.
An additional night’s room charge will be applied should deep cleaning of your room be necessary.
