From the age of 10, Abhijit knew he wanted to be a chef. Growing up, he was surrounded by great food; his mother was renowned for her home cooking and attention to detail in each dish, passing this talent down to her son. His passion for cooking is now displayed in his flavourful recipes.
Abhijit says cooking is “an amalgamation of Art and Science”. Being creative with food and working with the changing seasons to always ensure our fine dining experiences in Cheltenham stand out, is what he does best.
