Great News! We’ll be opening our doors from the 17th July and we can’t wait to welcome you back! You will once again be able to enjoy fabulous country stays within easy reach of Cheltenham, take long Cotswold walks and enjoy simple but delicious menus indoors or out!
We know it’s hard to make a commitment in these times, so we have relaxed our booking terms and will be as flexible as possible in all situations relating to COVID-19.
Wellbeing & safety will be at the forefront of everything we do for you and our teams and we have been working behind the scenes to ensure you don’t miss out.
There will be a few extra signs and reminders to ‘protect yourself and others’ by socially distancing and if you would like to read more about this and our new hygiene practices please view our FAQ’s on our website.
We have greatly reduced our capacity throughout the hotel to ensure your personal space is never compromised. Should you have special dates in mind, please do contact us, to ensure we reserve your table and bedroom in good time. We are currently awaiting the next update on guidelines for the reopening of the Elan Spa, we hope to be able to share some positive news very soon.
Dining will be a simple but delicious affair if you fancy a picnic, choose your picnic hamper or afternoon tea then choose your view! We can show you our favourite spots or you can simply wander and find yours! Hampers will be available throughout your stay you simply need to pre order with us. Dinner will also be served daily in The Garden Room or on one of our beautiful terraces.
Things may look a little different, but we will still be looking after you in the special Greenway style!
