"I cannot recommend it highly enough"

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, The Greenway Hotel and Spa exceeded our expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

"A hotel that truly welcomes dogs"

We booked a weekend away, accompanied by our very lively working Spaniel who is more used to romping the fields than staying in a hotel. As we burst into reception in the wake of said Spaniel, the staff were unruffled, greeted us warmly and settled us into the guest lounge. Pretty soon a waiter appeared with a plate of biscuits, not for us but for the dog, and she soon settled down. In our room, we found not only a comfortable dog bed, but a new dog toy and a pack of dog treats. This is a hotel that does not just tolerate dogs, but truly welcomes them, and it made all the difference to our stay because we could relax and enjoy our break.

It's clear that the place is very well managed: every member of staff was friendly and attentive; the grounds and gardens were beautifully tended; the rooms were well-furnished and comfortable; and breakfast was a delight.
