An enlightening and inspiring presentation; an emotional rollercoaster powerfully articulated with searing honesty by Susie Mackie and Tracey McAtamney.

Now embracing, enjoying and living their lives as empowered, fulfilled women, Susie and Tracey joyfully (and with humour!) choose to encourage and support others to do the same.

On arrival you will be greeted by our hotel staff and offered a complementary glass of bubbles (Prosecco or elderflower).

Our Elan Spa staff will be offering soothing hand massages on the pretty terrace (or inside if inclement weather).

Specially selected guests in the world of wellbeing and feel good factor will be joining us with stands for you to browse, namely Jessica Anstey, couture accessory designer, and Judith Humphries, holistic therapist.

A delicious two-course lunch with wine and coffee will be served at 12.40, followed by…
