Representing The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Head Chef Abhijit Dasalkar brings his signature balance of refinement and innovation to the table, creating a film-inspired dish designed to captivate and delight.
With the theme A Night at the Movies, each chef will craft a course inspired by cinema’s most memorable moments. Guests will savour each scene before voting live for the chef who steals the show and claims the title of Battle of Eden Champion 2026.
